No refunds once a billing cycle has started

Once a billing cycle starts, we will not be giving out refunds. 

Billing Cycles run May- October and November – April. 

Therefore, if someone had paid their MLS Fees prior to the due date and decides to terminate any time during a cycle, they would not get a refund. 

 

Per Section 3.4 of the SmartMLS Rules & Regulations (No Refunds): There shall be no proration or refund of fees for Participants or Subscribers in connection with suspension or termination of service.
