No refunds once a billing cycle has started

SmartMLS does not give out refunds once a billing cycle starts. 

Billing cycles run May through October and November through April. 

If someone pays their MLS Fees prior to the due date and decides to terminate any time during a cycle, they would not get a refund. 

 

Per Section 3.5 of the SmartMLS Rules & Regulations (No Refunds): There shall be no proration or refund of fees for Participants or Subscribers in connection with suspension or termination of service. Once a billing period has started, Service Fees will not be refunded for any reason.
