If a sales agent is having their license held by a referring company, they cannot have access to the MLS. An exception to this is if their broker designates them as a Licensed Administrator for the company.
An Administrative License in Referral Application would need to be completed. This form can be located in the SmartMLS Forms Library.
There is no fee for referral agents.
