If you would like to terminate your membership with SmartMLS, your Broker needs to complete a Subscriber Affiliation Change Form for you and send it back to us at membership@smartmls.com.
Go to the SmartMLS forms library (https://signings.smartmls.propkit.io/templates/library).
Click on the Templates (Forms) tab at the top of the page. In the search box, type "affiliation."
Click on the form name to open a preview and then click the download icon at the top to open a PDF of the form.
Submitting this form does not terminate or transfer a Connecticut real estate license. Participants are responsible for completing any required DCP actions. Current DCP instructions are available at www.elicense.ct.gov.
We do not issue refunds or credits for any portion of the current billing cycle that you paid for but will not be active during.
