SmartMLS proudly provides services to over 20,000 real estate professionals in all eight counties within the state of Connecticut. While the town of Greenwich maintains its own separate MLS, many Realtors who are members of the Greenwich MLS are also SmartMLS members and list their properties on both systems.
SmartMLS currently services an estimated 96% of the Realtors within Connecticut.
