SmartMLS End User License Agreement (EULA)

SmartMLS has implemented an updated Terms of Use agreement, also known as an End User License Agreement (EULA).  If/when it comes up on your screen, you must scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your name EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS (including upper and lower case letters) and click the red Agree button .

Here is how it all happens: when you go to www.smartmls.com, click Login and enter your user name and password, you will see the following screen:

After the countdown, the entire license agreement will display on your screen.  In order for you to proceed into the SmartMLS Member Dashboard, you must scroll down to the bottom of the EULA.

*** If you do not have a scroll bar that allows you to move to the bottom of the page, click inside of the EULA message window- that should make the scroll bar appear on the right side of the screen and enable you to get to the bottom of the agreement. *** 

Once you are at the bottom, you must enter your name exactly as it appears (including upper/lower case letters, spaces, punctuation, etc.) underneath the Signature field, then click the Agree button:

Note: the Agree button will not become active (it turns red) until you have entered your name exactly as it appears at the bottom.  If the Agree button does not turn red and allow you to continue, backspace through your name and retype it again, the same way it appears underneath the signature line.

You will not be able to get to the Member Dashboard or access any SmartMLS product until this has been completed .

If you did not download/print a copy of the EULA when you went through this process, you can always access it by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the Dashboard:
