In order to change office information, we need an email from the Broker of the office spelling out the desired changes. We will not make any changes if someone other than the Broker requests it, nor will we do it without something in writing.
Name changes need to match what is on the CT Department of Consumer Protection (i.e., the new name needs to be added as a DBA on the broker's license).
