Update or delete a stored credit card

 

If you have a stored credit card on file with SmartMLS and would like to update or delete it, log into the SmartMLS Dashboard (www.smartmls.com), click the Agent Profile button in the bottom left, then click the Menu in the upper right:

Go to Account InformationManage Credit Card Information:

Update an Existing Credit Card

After following the steps at the top of this article, you will end up at the Manage Credit Cards screen, which shows any cards you currently have on file with SmartMLS. 

 

If you just need to update the expiration date on a stored card, click the blue Update button:

Update the expiration date and click Submit:

You can then verify the card information, including the new expiration date you entered:

Delete a Credit Card

If you have an old or expired credit card that you'd like to delete, repeat the steps at the top of this article until you get to the Manage Credit Cards screen. Once you're there, click the Delete Card button on the right side of the screen:

You will get a confirmation window:

Click Delete Card to completely remove the credit card.
