Can Commercial agents join SmartMLS?

  • If an agent is strictly a commercial agent, they are not required to join SmartMLS.
     
  • If the agent is associated with an office that is active on SmartMLS, they have the choice to become a member with access to the MLS. If the agent wishes to be an active agent with SmartMLS, they would then pay the appropriate fees for membership (the same fees that residential agents pay).
     
  • If the agent is active in an office that is active on the SmartMLS and does not wish to have MLS access, a Commercial Waiver* is required for that agent. 

 

* Please contact SmartMLS if you need a Commercial Waiver.
