Q: Why am I being prompted to accept the Participant and/or Subscriber Agreement again? I completed it when I joined SmartMLS?

A: The language in the Participant and Subscriber Agreements is sometimes updated in response to evolutions in the real estate industry. When these changes occur, we will ask you to review and accept the new version of the agreement.

 

Q: What happens if I do not accept the EULA (end user license agreement)?

A: Your access to SmartMLS products and resources is contingent on accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the EULA. If you choose not to accept the EULA, you will not be allowed to access SmartMLS products or resources.

 

Q: How do I download a copy of the EULA?

A: When you are on the SmartMLS Member Dashboard, click the drop-down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click Download EULA.
