SmartMLS Member Dashboard

There are many benefits to your SmartMLS membership, including access to cutting edge industry tools and technology, a vast network of support and training resources, and a secure, user-friendly interface for maintaining your personal and online payment information. 

The gateway to all of these benefits (and more) is the SmartMLS Member Dashboard.

When you go to www.smartmls.com and login with your user name and password, you are brought directly to the Member Dashboard: 

There is a lot happening here, so we're going to break it down into several sections:

1. The Featured Products section contains the tools that are crucial to your daily life as a real estate professional. If you need to access the MLS system (connectMLS), configure listings for showings (ShowingTime) or send paperwork out for digital signing (SmartMLS Sign), you can quickly access these tools, and much more, in the top section of the dashboard.
    
2. The second section down, MLS Products and Resources, provides access to additional tools, such as RPR and ListTrac, to augment your business even further. This section also contains links to resources within the state of Connecticut, such as Local Boards and the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP).
    
3. The last section, Smart Agent Options, provides links to resources that help you get the most from your SmartMLS membership. Agent Profile lets you securely maintain your account and payment information; the SmartDesk is a 24/7 self-service knowledge portal; the Training tile links to learning resources that help you master the MLS tools that drive your business. It may be the last section of the dashboard, but it contains vital information. 
    
4. The Balances section in the upper right displays your current balance as well as the most recent date a payment has been applied to your account. If you have an unpaid invoice, there will be a blue Pay button directly to the right of the amount in the Due column (there is no Pay button if you don't have an outstanding balance).
    
5. The Online chat button in the bottom right corner lets you open a real-time chat with a SmartMLS staff member during our business hours. This is a great way to get quick answers to simple questions.

These are just a few of the most important aspects of the SmartMLS Member Dashboard. We encourage you to explore all of the options and see how they can elevate your business. There may be some hidden gems amongst these tiles that you have not yet discovered for yourself.
