SmartMLS has an agent-facing portal that allows you to manage your personal information (for instance, the email address and phone number that appear on your listings). This portal, known as Internet Member Services (IMS), is accessible through the Agent Profile button on the Member Dashboard:
Once you open up the IMS portal, click the Menu button in the top right corner:
Expand the Account Information section to view/pay invoices or manage your credit card information:
Expand the Personal Services section to view/adjust your personal information (phone number, email address, etc.):
You can then:
- Pay your MLS bill.
- Change your credit card information.
- Change/delete your agent phone number.
- Change your email address.
